Every corner of storage

Every corner of storage

Your Everest is more practical than ever before with packaging improvements that have added practical storage from the front to the back, so that you can fit everything you need for your next adventure.

Comfortable center console

The center console lid is designed so that both driver and passenger can comfortably use it as an arm rest. You have cupholders to the side of the e-Shifter, with wireless phone charging and holder at the base of the dashboard; there is a space for keys and other items to be stored here too.

Glovebox offers flexible storage

The lockable box design offers 6.5 liters of storage capacity and can swallow typical items like an iPad®. Everest also has two gloveboxes with an upper and lockable lower storage section.

Cupholders in easy reach

Everest has pop-out cupholders for driver and passenger. These are located within easy reach on the instrument panel and designed so that you can see and use the cupholder while your eyes are still on the road.

Lots of door storage

The door trims have been designed to carry lots. The bottle holder in the front door bins will take a 1.5L water bottle as well as A4-sized documents, while the door bins for those in the rear of Everest can take a 600ml water bottle.

Gold-class third-row storage

The third-row seats in Everest feature a cup holder which can hold a 600ml water bottle and a specially designed slot for storing a tablet.

A bigger boot

Everest has lots of luggage space, even when you are using all seven seats. There’s 199 liters of space to carry gear – boosting to 567 liters when you switch to five-seat mode. Keen golfers will appreciate being able to store a golf bag sideways behind the third-row seats. There’s additional storage beneath the boot floor which can be used to store wet, or dirty items.

The ‘Apple Catcher’

There is no need to worry about raising Everest’s lift gate and having items fall out, thanks to the introduction of an 'Apple Catcher valley’. This is a redesign of the scuff plate to create a lip that will catch loose items that may be rolling around in the boot and help prevent them from falling out. The great thing is that this does not impact loading or unloading your Everest.
